The staff at this hotel were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us, even when we had an unfortunate incident of having our money stolen. The location is also a major advantage, as it is very close to Nisantasi, Taksim, and Harbiye, allowing for easy exploration of Istanbul. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families.

The staff, especially Kemal, were helpful and spoke English fluently. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished with modern furniture. Despite a few maintenance issues, the location was very good for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was very convenient, as it was close to Taksim square and within a 15-minute bus ride. Despite being situated on a steep hilly area with limited surroundings, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and family-friendly. The staff were helpful, although their English skills could be improved. Breakfast was lacking in variety, but the service and hospitality of the staff made up for it. it was a pleasant stay with good amenities.
The view from the hotel was not pleasant.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the spacious room was exactly as depicted on the website, with modern furniture that added a touch of elegance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the daily cleaning service ensured that the rooms were kept immaculate throughout our stay.
The hotel met all our needs and we experienced no issues.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and suitable for families. The hotel staff were nice, helpful, and did their best to assist us despite their limited English skills. The hotel's location was convenient, being very close to the Osmanbey metro station.
